Our Code of Conduct, “Going Further With Integrity,” reflects our commitment to doing business the right way – honestly, openly and transparently. Our Code applies to everyone in our Company, at every level. Please use it as a guide to help you make ethical decisions and act in accordance with our standards and values.
The Company depends on each of us to preserve the trust that people have placed in our brand. Always exercise your best judgement, consult the Code and seek help if you ever need additional guidance. If you encounter a situation that violates the Code, the law or our policies, tell someone!
My own door is always open as well. Feel empowered to step forward – the Company does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who shares a concern in good faith.
